On above date the Park Board met Special session and the
following business was transacted to-wit:-
The following officers answered to roll call.
J.F.Reed Chairman.
E.G.Hill
Mrs J.a.Kemp.
" J.A.Richolt
C.W.Bean.
Motion was made by C.W.Bean that E.G.Hill be placed
in full charge of the Cemetary and have sale of all the lots,
motion carried.
Motion was made by Mrs J.A.Kemp that the Park Board meet
on the first wednesday of each month,Motion carried.
It was moved and seconded that the City Engineer be instructed
to locate the corners on Washington Square so that steps
may be taken to fence the same.
