Wichita Falls Texas, March 2nd, 1916.
On above date the Board of Alderman met in regular session
and the following business was transacted to-wit:-
The following officers answered to roll call.

City Clerk W.A. McCarty, Atty Horace Nutt &. City Engineer
L.C. Hinckley in attendance.
Motion was made by J.A. Richolt and was seconded by M.J.
Gardner that the Pierce Fordyce Oil Association be granted perm- ,
ission to remove the pipes from under the sidewalk and to
install a pump awe4er bye-eider,Aik in front of their place of bu'_
siness and such Association to restore the sidewalk and the wok's
to be done under the Supervision of the City Engineer and the
• Pierce Fordyce Oil Association agrees to hold the City harmless 4
from any and all damages caused therefrom, motion carried.
Motion was made by J.L. Lea Jr. and was seconded by M.J.
Gardner that the Mayor be authorized to acceipt the bid of the
Dorsey Printing Company for the Printing of the Plioe Register
and Warrant register for the following price $$,$ ,
Motion carried. ,
Motion was made by J.W Bradley and was seconded by M.J. Gardner
that H.F. Robertson ty Tax Collector be allowed $35.82 as
5% of $716.50 Sewer VOK collected during the month of Bebruary
motion carried.
w Motion was made by J.W. Bradley and was seconded by J.A. Richolt
that the City Tax Collector be authorized to remit .50¢ per
month to the Majestic, Gem & Lydia Maragrite Theatre's on sewer
rent commencing with Jan. lst, 1916, motion carried.
Motion was made by J.S . Bradley and was seconded by J.A.
Richolt that the City Tax Collector be authorized to collect
.50V per month at 802 Ohio Ave at what is known as
