Min 03/16/1916 . No. 21 Wichita Falls Texas. March 16th, 1916. On above date the Board of Alderman met in regular session and the following business was transacted to-wit:- The following Officers answered to roll. A.H. Britian Mayor J.F. Reed Alderman J.A. Richolt J.W. Bradley J,L. LEa jr M.J. Gardner City Clerk W.A. McCarty, City Engineer L.C. Hinckley and City Marshall J.B. Nail in attendance. Bills Motion v;as made by J.A. Richolt and was seconded by J.F. Reed Allowed that all bills that were O.Ked by the Finance "ommittee be allowed. Motion carried and shows in the following exhibit: Bills pain The total bills that were allowed by the Board of Alderman was during the sum of $1,480.29, Total amount allowed during the month of month of February for salary, labor, interest on bonds, estimates on Feb. Bradley and was seconded by M.J.
