Wichita Falls,Texas,April 6th 1916.
On above date the Board of Alderman met in regular session and
the following business was transacted to-wit:-

The minutes of the last regular melting was read and approved.
‘ Motion was made by J.W.Bradley and was seconded by J.A.Rioholt
that the County Commissioners be invited to a Joint Session with
.,,/.. the Board of Alderman to take up and consider the matter of the
14.14 encroachment of the Wichita River upon the City,Motion oarried.
Ge-'ti The Street Committee made the following report:-
The Magnolia Petrolium Company having abtained a lease of trackage
property on the Wichita Valley Rail Way Right Of Way on the west
side of the Railroad between thdliana Ave & Scott Ave are desirous
to have the City put the south side aids of Indiana Ave in passible
condition that they might have access to their property with this
object in view the Street Committee, met with their represenative,
Mr Darrah and after going into the matter thourghly,we proposed to ktn
that if the Magnolium Petrlium Company would pay to the City the sun
of One hundred & Fifty Dollars as a part of this expensfthat iba CL11/
would install a brick culvert 24 feet long - between bra, 9. Fast:—
in diameter across Ind Ave,and do the necessary filling in and grad-
ing.
This psoposal has been aggreed to by the Magnolia Petrolium Co
as per the letter attaohed,
