The dity Council of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas and
the Commissioners Court of iiichita County, Texas, met in joint
MINUTES OF Session for the purpose of taking aettian measures realtive to
JOINT the washing of the South Bank of the Big Wichita River adjacent
MEETING OF to the city of Wichita Falls, Texas.

COMMMISSIONERS After due deliberation the fallowing action was taken.

CRERELA.TI Upon motion 0 J P Jackson and dulyseconded that the
RIVER ENCROAPH.City of Wichita Falls, furnishes their Street Teams and Men and that
MENTS. the County of Wichita Furnishes its teams and road men to do certain
work on the River Bank, and that whatever expense incurred by said
work the City and County to each bear one half of the expense,
said motion was unanimously carried.
It was moved and carried that the Ft W & D C Ry Co., be
requested to co-operate with the City and County in said work.
It was moved and carried that the Mayor A H Britain
' and J A Richolt of the City and Judge Harvey Harris and J P
Jackson of the County be authorized and empowered to appoint
an overseer to superintend suoh work as may be necessary.
