Wichita Falls, Texas, May 4th 1916.
On above date the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas,met in regular session for the transaction of the following
business, to-wit:-
Officers present and answering to roll call were;
A H Britain, Mayor,
M J Gardner, Alderman,
J F Reed,
J L Lea, Jr.
absent, J 9 Richolt and J W Bradley, Aldermen.
V G Skeen, City Clerk, Horace Nutt, City Atty, A J Humphris, City
Marshall, H F Robertson, City Assessor and Collector and L C Hinckley,
City Engineer, in attendance.
Minutes of last regular meeting were read and approved.
Mayor Britain reported that he had excused Alderman Rioholt from
attendance at this meeting, report being approved by a vote of those
preset on motion of M J Gardner, seconded by J L Lea, Jr,
The reports of the City Officers were then checked as follows;

and showed the following exhibits;
