Wichita Falls, Texas, May llth 1916.
On above date the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wiohita Falls,
met in regular session for the transaction of the following business.
Officers present were;
A H Britain Mayor.
J F Reed, Alderman.
J A Rioholt,
J L Lea. Jr. "
M J Gardner,
J W Bradley, Aldermen, absent.
City Atty Horace Nutt, City Clerk, V G Skeen, City Engineer L C
Hinckley, and City Marshall a J Humphris, in attendance.
Minutes of last meetings were read and approved.
Permission 4 J Naylor of the contracting firm of Naylot, Bannock and Noey,
granted came before the Board of Aldermen with the request that they be -
Naylor H & granted the use of the streets at the corner of 7th and Scott, and
to store at the corner of 10th and Brook for the pirpose of storing building
material on ', material during the construction of buildings at these respeotiwe
Scott & 7th ' locations, whereupon;
10th & a motion was made by J A Richolt and seconded by J L Lea, Jr, that
Brook. Naylor, Hammook & Noey, be granted the use of 20ft on Scott and
20ft on 7th St for the purpose of storing building material, and
loft on 10th and 20ft on Brook, with the understanding that only
lumber'is to be stored on 10th St and that the use of Brook St
be limited to 90 days and said Brook St to be cleared of material
when so requested for the purpose of paving said street and with
the further understanding the they are tb hold._the`city harmless
from any damages which may be caused by the use of the said streets.
Motion oarried.
Dr Reed to A motion was made by M J Gardner and seconded by J A Rioholt, that Dr

Food Dept. Motion was made by J L Lea, Jr and seconded by M:J Gardner, that

Motion war made by J A Richolt and seconded by J F Reed that a
street crossing be put in on the west side of Bluff St on 18th St,
and that a creasing be put in at the alley on Bluff St between
j 17th and 18th Ste. Motion carried.
Motion was made by J L Lea. Jr and seconded by J F Reed, that
Appointment ) J L Jackson and W J Grisham be appointed on the Board of Equalization,
of Board oY since J M Bland and A L Huey had refused to serve, Motion carried.
Equalization
Motion was made by J L Lea dr and seconded by J F Reed that the
Order to se lsrect Committee be authorized to sell four head of mules and two
four mules horses. Motion carried..
