On above date the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, met in regular session for the transaction of the following
business and with the following officers present;
A H Britain, Mayor.
J L Lea, Jr. Alderman.
J A Richolt,
M J Gardner, "
J W Bradley, "
J F Reed, "
City Atty, Horace Nutt, City Clerk, V G Skeen, and City Marshall
A J Humphris, in attendance.
Minutes of last regular netting were read and passed for corrections.
Bills against the city to the amount of $2036.98 were checked, and
1 on motion of J A Richolt seconded by M J Gardner were allowed and
ordered paid as OK'd by the Finance Committee.
J A Richolt, chairman of the Street Committee made the following
recommendations, to-wit;
The following amounts should be credited to the Street
Fund, and charged to the following funds; from March let to April
1st 1916.
Sanitary Deprtment;
Feed for 4 horses I month at $15.00 per month each, $60.00
" " 1 " 1 " " 10.00 " " 10.00
" " 1 mule i " " 10.00 " " 5.00
Total $75.00
General Fund, (Pound Department).
Feed:for 1 horse 1 month at $10.00 per month, $10.00
Feed for stock impounded, 1.50
Total, $11.50
Street Improvement Fund.
Cleaning off Lamar Ave and grading for pavement,
One team 68z days at $1.60 per day, $102.75
One prisoner, 21i days at 60i per day, 12.90
Geo Dobson, 5 days at $5.20 per day, 26.00
Total $141.65

Park Fund, (Cemetery)
Feed for 1 horse for 1 month at $12.50 per month $12.50
The following amounts should be credited to the Street
Fund and charged to the following funds from April let to May let.

Geo Dobson, 10 days at $5.20 per day, 52.00
Total $280.00
Motion was made by J W Bradley and seconded by J L Lea, Jr. that
tranfers be made as per recommendations of Mr Richolt.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by J L Lea, Jr and seconded by J A Rioholt, that
the property owners on the North side of 14th street, between
Austin and Bluff be ordered to put down cement sidewalks.
Motion carried.
There being no further business the Board of Aldermen adjourned.
