The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita fallsi, Texas, met on
the above date for the transaction of the following business and
with the following officers present, to-wit;

City Engineer Hinckley, City Clerk Skeen, and City Marshall Humphris
in attendance.
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO 227.
An Ordinance regulating the production, making, manufacture, care,
delivery and sale of registered milk or cream, pasturized milk or
cream, cream, milk, skimmed milk and buttermilk, within-the'Cjty
limits of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, and fixing a penalty
for the violation of same, was read and put on its first reading
and passed by a "Yea" and "Nay" vote as follows;

J F Reed, Yea,
M J Gardner, Yea,
J L Lea, Jr, Yea.
Mayor A H Britain then declared Ordinance No 227, an ordinance
regulating the production,sale and care of_milk,...passed on its
first reading by a vote of all the Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls, voting "Yea".
Motion was made by J A Richolt and seconded by M J Gardner, that
in full settlement for repairs done on Storm Sewer between 10th
and llth Sts ad Scott Ave a warrant for $223.50 be drawn in
favor of I H Roberts. Motion carried. "
Motion was made by J F Reed and seconded by J L Lea, Jr, that
the issue of Forty Thousand 1$40,000.00) Dollars Street Improve-
ment Bonds be advertised for sale on the 10th day of July, 1916.
at 10 o'clock A.M. by sealed bid, with the proviso that each
and every bidder be required to deposit with bid a certified
check on some bank of the city of Wichita Falls for .000.00.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by J A Richolt and se.onedd by J L Esa,Jr, that
a warrant for $1.95 be drawn in favor of Dr J F Reed, to reim-
burse him for express charges paid on repairs to lawn mower.
Motion carried.
There being no further business the Board of Aldermen adjourned.
