The Bo:_ 1 of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in
regular session on above date with Mayor A H Britain presiding, and
with the follwing Aldermen present, to-wit;
J L Lea, Jr, J A Richolt, J F Reed, J W Bradley and M J Gardner.
City Atty Nutt, City Clerk Skeen, City Marsahl Humphris and City
Assessor and Collector Hoberston in attendance.
Minutes of last regular meeting were read and passed for correction
and approval.
Mr Dell Shoemskerjappeared,before the Board of Aldermen to ask per-
mission to move a Gasoline Filling Station from its present location
at 621 Ohio :eve to 620 Ohio Ave, whereupon motion was made by J A
Richolt and seconded by M J Gardner, that Dell Shoemekepbe granted
permission to move said Gasoline Filling Station from 621 Ohio ave.
to 620 Ohio Ave. under the usual conditions granted in such cases,
viz, that he is to save the city harmless from any damages which may
be caused by the removal said Gasoline Filling Station and that he
have the work done under the supervission of the City Engineer and
the further understanding that the said Dell Shoemeker or his assigns
are to remove said Gasoline filling Station at the request and on
demand of the Board of Aldermen. Motinn carried.

The Report of J W Walkup, City Treasurer was passed for corrections.
Motion was made by Dr Reed and seconded by J L Lea, Jr, that bills
against the City as follows be allowed and ordered paid.

Motion carried.
Motion was made by M J Gardner and seconded by J A Richolt, that
Tax Collector Robertson be allowed $50.00 per month for hire of
extra help begining with Apl lst 1917 and ending Apl let 1918.
Motion carried.
There being no further busigass the Board of Aldermen adjourned.
