Wichita Falls, Texas, April 26th 1917.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met
in regular session on above date for the transaction of the
business of the City with Mayor Pro-tem, M J Gardner, presiding
and with the following Aldermen present, to-wit;
J L Lea, Jr., J A Richolt, E G Hill and Marvin smith.
City Marshal Humphris and City Clerk Skeen, in attendance.

Minutes of last regular meeting were read and approved.

L Lea, Jr., reported that he had ordered half crossings placed
from the curb line to the street car track on 17th street at
Travis, Burnett and Broad streets, whereupon J A Richolt moved
that the report be accepted and approved, which motion was sec-
onded by E G Hill, and carried.
