The Board of Aldermen of the City of Mishits Falls, Texas, met in
regular session on above date for the transaction of the business
of the City, with Mayor A H Britain presiding and with the follow-
ing Aldermen present, to-wit;
J A Richolt, d L Lea, Jr., Marvin Smith, E G Hill and M J Gardner.
City Marshal Humphfis, City Engineer Hinokley and City Clerk Skeen
in attendance.

Minutes of last regular meeting were read and approved.

Mayor Britain reported, as a matter of public interest, that at
an election held this•day for the issuance of y$750,000.00 Wichita
County Public Road Bonds, the voters had favored the issuance of
bonds by a large majority, and as result of said election Wichita
County's Star of Prosperity continued to shine.

There being no further business the Board of Alder,..en ad,,ourned
in regular form.
