The Board of Alderr.:en of the City of Pichita Palls, •Texas, met
in regular session on above date for the transaction of the
business of the City with Mayor A H Britain, presiding and with
the following Aldermen present, to-wit;
J L Lea, Jr,. Marvin Smith, J A Richolt and M J Gardner,
E G Hill, being absent.
City Marshal Humphris, City Atty Nutt, City Engineer Hinckley
and City Clerk Skeen, in airtendance.

Minutes of last regular'meeting were read and approved.

A motion prevailed by J L Lea, Jr and seconded by M J Gardner,
that.the following transfers be made on the Treasurers cash book.
Charge Sewer Fund and Credit St Fund.
Feed for six mules one month at $15.00 each, $90.00
Feed for one horse one month, 12:50
One team 23 days on sewer work, at $1.50a:per day, 30.00
Charge Gen Fund and Credit St Fund,
Peed for one horse one month, 15.00
Feed for stock in pound,one month, 11.50
Charge Park Fund and Credit St Fund,
Peed for one mule one month, 12.50
One team two days on drains, at $1.50 per day, 3.00

Motion was made by M J Gardner, that the bills against the City,
as OKd by the Finance Committee, be allowed and ordered paid,
which motion was seconded by J A Rioholt, and carried.

M J Gardner moved that the City authorize the installation of
an Arc Light and the crossing of Van Buren and 10th.Streets,
which motion was seconded by J a Richolt, and carried.
