with Alderman M.J. Gardner Mayor Pro tem, presiding and with the
following Officers present: -

Minutes of the Regular Sessions of February I4th and 2lst I9I8
were read and approved.
Alderman Smith moved that the sum of four..dollars and fourty cents
(44.40) be refunded to Emma Crutchfield for. Excess Rendition on lot 9
Block H:G.& B. Addition to the City of Wichita Falls; which motion
was seconded by Alderman Hill and carried.

Robert Eliott appeared before the board and presented charges
C.B. Montgomery, City Inspector. Whereupon Alderman Hill moved that
said charges be filed, and await the return of Mayor Britain for action
which motion was seconded by Alderman Richolt and carried.

Dr. J.F. Reed and J.W. Bradley, representing the Park Board,
appeared before the Board with a recommendation; which recommendation
was filed for future action.

Whereupon Alderman Lea moved that the report be spice land spread
on the minutes; which motion was seconded by alderman Rioholt and
carried.

Mrs. Smock filed request that Miss Opal Hughes, her assistant,
I be granted three days leave of absence; March 4th to 6th, inclusive.
whereupon Alderman Lea moved that the request be granted, which
motion was seconded by Alderman Smith and carried.

Alderman Hill moved that contract with W.D. Hussung, relativeto
killing Rats, Mice & etc. in the City Hall be signed and that
twenty-five dollars ( 25.00) first payment on said contract be paid;
which motion was seconded by Alderman Richolt and carried.
