/a'4 John Mahl and A.M. Brininstool doing buisiness underfirm name
of Kahl and Brininstool came before the board and asked
permission to install a Gasoline filling station at 408 Indiana
Ave. iihereiupon aldermen Rieholt moved that said request be
granted,under the usual provisions to wit.
dkeC`C'"_ That the work be done under the supervision of the City
Engineer And that the said Mahl and Brinstool hold the city
harmless from any damages that may be caused by the installat4ork
Or mai4enance of said gasoline filling station and tgremove,
same upon notice by the board of Alderman.
Which motion was secondnded by Alderman Gardner, and carried.

Alderman Smith moved,that A Library fund be created.and that
the some of w2.500. be transfered from the general fund to
.the Library fund, which motion was seconded by alderman Gardner
and carried.

The board ordered an extra election box to be placed at the
Court House,for the election to be held on April 2nd.I9I8,

As election officers to hold the election at that box.
