Alderman J.A.Aicholt. Alderman M.J. Gardner. Alderman J.L.Lee Jr. Alderman 2:arvin Smith. Alderman E.*. Hill. Cit^ Attorney Nutt. City Clerk , alkuro City Engineer Cooke. City Marshal Humphris. Fire Chief J.L. Mc Clure,in attendance. 0 0 0 Minuis of last session were read and approved. /� 0 0 0 /a'4 John Mahl and A.M. Brininstool doing buisiness underfirm name of Kahl and Brininstool came before the board and asked permission to install a Gasoline filling station at 408 Indiana Ave. iihereiupon aldermen Rieholt moved that said request be granted,under the usual provisions to wit. dkeC`C'"_ That the work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer And that the said Mahl and Brinstool hold the city harmless from any damages that may be caused by the installat4ork Or mai4enance of said gasoline filling station and tgremove, same upon notice by the board of Alderman. Which motion was secondnded by Alderman Gardner, and carried. o 0 0 Alderman Smith moved,that A Library fund be created.and that the some of w2.500. be transfered from the general fund to .the Library fund, which motion was seconded by alderman Gardner and carried. 0 0 0 ,gyp Alderman Richolt moved that th city ake out wI8.00 �nsuran on the Library Building, and',f hL 'pment as it comes in, which motion was seconded by Alderman Gardner and carried. 0 0 o The board ordered an extra election box to be placed at the Court House,for the election to be held on April 2nd.I9I8, For City officers.And appointed the following named persons As election officers to hold the election at that box.
