The Board of _aldermen of the City of ,ic.:ita balls, Texas, met
in regular session on the above date for ins transaction of the
.usiness of the city, with Manor A.H.Brittain presiding, and with
he following officers resent:

City Marshall Humphries

Street Supt. Dobson in attendance.
The reading og the unapproved minutes was deferred until the next
regular sessiom.

..E.�ox, representing Moore and Richolt, came before the Board
and asked :emission to enstall a Gasoline storage tank underground
at Lot nine (9) in Block 312 of the City. Chereupon Alderman ''il
All moved that the request be granted under the usual provisions
o wit: that the work be done under the supervision of the
'ity Engineer, and that the said Moore and Richolt hold the City
armless from all damages that may be caused by the installation
or maintenance of said gasoline storage tank, and to remove
same upon notice of the Board of aldermen, which motion was
seconded by alderman Smith and carried.

'1 alderman Gardner moved that the report of Mrs. T.B.Smock,
rood and Dairy Insrector, be approved and filed, which motion
was seconded by Alderman °mith and carried.

Alderman dill moved that the account of H.F.Robertson for $23.09
Commissions on sewer Collections for March 1918,be paid. Which
motion was seconded by Alderman Smith and carried.

A petition, signed by Stehlik and Saber, accompatied by Plat of
Block No. 243 of the City,asking that Alley through said Block
running Northwest and Southeast, be annulled and that they be
`permitted to dedicate to the public an Alley through said Block
running Northeast and Southwest, ihtaccordance with plot filed
with petition. Whereupon, Alderman Lea moved that the request
be granted, which motion was seconded by Alderman Hill and carried
