The Board of Aldermen of the City of oichita Falls, Texas,
met in regular session on the above date for the transaction 1 ,
of the business of the city, with Mayor J.B.Marlow presiding

and fifty others, asking that Burnett St reet be paved from Tenth
Street oouth; ..here'' ,on Alderman ae.<d moved that the etition
be received and filed, which motion was seconded by Alderman
McFall and carried. -

ORDINANCE N0.240
Am ordinance for the regulation of Pool Halls, Billiard Halls
and Bowling Alleys was, on motion of Alderman heed, seconded
by Alderman McEa11, put on its first reading and passed by
the following yea and nay vote:
Alderman Reed, yea Alderman McFall, yea.
Lea, yea LlcCutchen, yea.
Mayor Marlow then declared Ordinance No. �9', passed on its
first re ding by the unanimous vote of all the Aldermen of the
citeVniiur yea.

E.I.Zinmerman, doing business under the firm nameof Good Service
Vulcanizing Co.,came before the Board and asked permission to
move a gasoline tilling station from 618 Indiana Avenue, to 617

,,/ Indiana Avenue. Whereupon Alderman Lea moved that the request
�/7-- be granted under the usual provisions, to wit: That the work be
,to done under the supervision of the City Engineer, and that the said
E.I.Zimmerman and the Good Service Vulcanizing Company hold the
City harmless from any damages that may be caused by the < -u-4, i,ati
installation or maintenance of said gasoline filling tMaaitar
station, and to remove same upon notice from the Board of aldermen.
Aiich motion was seconded by Alderman Mor'all and carried.
