The Board of Alderman of the City of Wish*Falls, Texas
met in Called Session, for the transaction of the Buisness of the• '
City with Mayor J.B. Marlow, presiding, and the following officers
present: Aldermen J.F. Reed, J.L Lea Jr. ,W.H. Walker. and C.E.
McCutchen. City Clerk Walkup in attendance.
The Board of Aldermen then went into executive session to
consider matters as provided in the City Charter to be considered
in Executive Session.
Ti. Board of Aldermen then went out of executive session, and
the following business was transacted:
Alderman Reed moved that the Clerk draw a warrant for 750.00
payable to ylor and Allen, and T.R. Boone, Attorneys for T.F.
and Nida E. Shipley, in full settlement of the Shipley Damage Suit C
Case. ( Carrigan Montgomery, and Britain having released,:0250.00
of._ fee heretofore agreed upon.) Which motion was seconded by Alder
man Lea and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
