the transaction of tke business of the City, with Mayor
J.B.Marlew presiding and with the following officers presentt
Aldermen J.M.MoFall, M.A.Bundy and C.E.McCutchen, City Clerk,
Walkup inattendance.

Minutes of the last regular session were read and
approved.

Alderman McCutchen moved tkat Harry F.Weeks be ap-
pointed Assistant City Attorney, which motion was seconded by
Alderman McFall and carried.

Alderman McFall moved that the expenses of Mayor Marlow
on trip to Austin, $34.40 be paid, which motion was seconded by
Alderman McCutchen and carried.

Alderman McFall moved that the City Bills be paid as
per OK of tie Finance Committee, w._ich motion was seconded
by Alderman Bundy and carried.

Alderman McCutchen moved that Alderman McFall be auth-
orized to close deal for treating one City block of Wood block
paving, whisk motion was seconded by Alderman Bundy and oarried't
