met is regular session on tke above date for tke transaction of
the business of t;'.e City, with Mayor J.B.Marlow presiding, ae '.
with the following Officers present: Aldermen J.F.Reed, M.A.Bundy,
J.M.McFall and,J.L.Lea Jr., City Clerk Walkup, City Marsh-,11 Smitk,
and Fire Ckief McClure in attendance.

Minutes of the last regular and called sessions were read
and approved.

Alderman Bundy moved that the U.S.Railway administration 1i
be permitted to place Gas Tank on tke East side of the railroad
tracks near the Ft.:;erth and Denver City Round house and to place
necessary pipe and fixtures along the tracks for the purpose of
gasinF cars, which motion was seconded by Alderman McFall and carried.
