The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in regular
session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the city,
with Mayor J. Bi Marlow presiding and with the following officers present.
Aldermen J. L. Lea Jr., -4. M. McFall, C. S. MoCutchen and M. A. Bundy.
Assistant City Attorney Weeks, City Clerk Walkup, City '2ersh Smith and
Fire Chief McClure in attendance.
