The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in called session
on the above date for the transaction of the business of the city with Mayor
J. B. Marlow presiding and with the following officers present. Aldermen J. Y.
McFall, J. F. Reed, J. L. Lea Jr., C. E. ) Cutchen and M. A. Bundy. City Clerk
Walkup in attendance.

Mayor Marlow announced that the meeting had been called for the purpose of
making contract for the paving of Grant street, whereupon Alderman Bundy moved
that the proposition of I. H. Roberts to pave Grant street from 10th, street
to center of Avenue H for one dollar and eighty cents per square yard be
accepted, which motion was seconded by Alderman McFall and carried.
