The Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita Falls,Texas.Met in
regular session on the above date for the transaction of business
of the City with Mayor J.B.Marlow presiding and with the following
officers presentAlderman J.F.Reed,J.L.Lea.Jr.J.M.McPall.
C.E.MaCutchen and M.A.Bundy. Aoting City Attorney Weeks,City Clerk
J.W.Walkup,City Marshall Smith,Fire Marshall McClure,Street Supt.
Dobson and Sanitary Officer Morgan in attendance.
Minutes of the last regular Session were read and approved.
Alderman McCutohen moved that Requisition form submitted by
Alderman Bundy be adopted and that the City Clerk issue all
requisitions for City purchases which was seconded by Alderman
McFall and carried.
Alderman Seed moved that the City Clerk notify H.F.Robertson
Tax C011ector to put necessary help in his office to take care of
the business of the office which motion was seconded by Alderman
McFall and carried.
Alderman Bundy moved that the City #ispoae of the Ford Car now
used by the Polioe Department and that a new Dodge car be purchased
for use of the Police Dep&Ftsielit which motion was seconded by
Alderman Reed and carried.
The Board then went into Executive Session to consider matters
authorized by the City Charter to be considered in Executive
Session after which the Board went out of Executive and the
following business was transacted.
Alderman MoCutchen moved that Dr M.A.Beckman City Health Officer be
I granted an indefinate leave of aysence,which motion was seconded
by Alderman McFall and carried.
Alderman Lea moved that Dr A.D.Patillo be appointed to act as City
Health Officer during Dr Beckmann absence which was seconded by
Alderman McFall,and carried.
The Board of Alderman then adjourned.
