The Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita Falls Texas. met
in regular session on the above date for the transaction of the
business of the City, With Mayor J.B.Marlow presiding and with the
following Officers presentAlderman J.F.Reed, J.L.Lea,Jr.J.M.MaFall,

Minutes of the last Regular session were read and approved.

Alderman McFall reported that he had made contract and ropaired
storm sewer at 1301 Scott Ave Wherpupon Alderman Bundy movedthat the
Action of the Alderman McFall be approverd and that the City Clerk
draw a Warrant for $60.00 in favor of R.Hibbs in payment of same 1
Which motion was seconded by Alderman Reed. and Carried.

Alderman Reed. moved that J.L.Moore be appointed, Wire, Water, and
Gas inspector indefinately. which motion was seconded by Alderman
McFall and Carried.

Alderman Reed moved that the City Attorney Notify all parties owing
sewer rent, to pay same at once or suit would be broughtfor oolleotion
which motion was seconded by Alderman McCutchen and Carried.

Alderman Lea moved that the account of H.F.Robertson for $5.84 Comm
ission on swwer Collections for Oct. 1918 be paid which motion was
seconded by Alderman Bundy and Carried.
