The Board of-Alderman of the city of Wichita Falle,Texas,met in
regular session on the above date,forthe transaction of the
business of the oity,with mayor J,H,Marlow,presiding,and with the
following officers present,Aldermen J,F,Reed,J,M,M"Fall,J,L,Lea,jr.
and M,A,Bundy, City Attorney Mathis, City Marshal Smith,and fire
Marshal McClure and acting city Engineer Donald in attendance.
Jno,A,Douald, acting as city clerk pro tem.
Minutes of the last stated meeting were read and approved.

Mayor Marlow then retired and Alderman Reed,Mayor pro tem,presided.

Mr,R,E,Huff,came before the board and made a tentative proposition
for paving.Elizabeth avenue, Whereupon acting city engineer Donald
was instructed by the board to make detailed survey of Elizabeth
avenue for accurate estimate by blocks of excavation for paving
said avenue.

Mrs,Smock came before the and reported the action of the board of
Health relative Influensa regulations.

Alderman Lea moved that the city clerk be instructed to notify
Dr,Meredith to make reports in writing twice a week to Mrs Smock
of city water tests,Also of tests from private wells when tests are
made,Which motion was seconded by Alderman MOFall,and carried.
