The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,Teaas, met in
regular session on the above date for the transaction of the
business of the city,with Mayor J,B,Marlow presiding,and with the
following officers present,Aldermen J,F,Reed,J,L,Lea,jr, J,M,McFall
C,E,McCutohen and M,A Bundy, City Clerk,Walkup,Fire Chief McClure
and acting City Engineer Donald,in attendance.

Minutes of the last regular session were read and approved.

Report of Mrs Smock Food and Dairy Inspector from Nov,I4,to date,
was placed before the Board,Whereupon Alderman Lea moved that the
report be approved and filed,which motion was seconded by Alderman
MoCutchen,and carried.

Hon,A,H,Carrigan,came before the Board and presented a petition for
paving Austin Avenue,between Tenth and Twelfth Streets,signed by
A,Zundelowitz and eleven others,whereupon Alderman McCutchen moved
that the petition be received and filed,which motion was seconded
by Alderman McFall,and carried.

Alderman McFall moved that the City Clerk be instructed to order
from Rounds Truman Co,Chicago,Ill,Five Hundred Certificates of
Apprecitaon to be furnished Soldiers on their return from service
in the World War,whioh motion was seconded by Alderman MoCutchen
and carried.
