The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Pails,Texas,met in called
session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the City,
with Mayor J,B,Marlow presiding and with the following officers present,
Aldermen J,F,Reed,J,L,Lea jr,J,M,McFall and M,A,Bundy,
City Attorney Mathis,and City Clerk walkup in attendance.

Mayor Marlow announced that this meeting had been called for the purpose of
discussing Ordinance No 114,relative the Erection,Use and maintenance of
Tents within the fire limits of the City,
After considerable discussion the matter was passed until the regular
session.

Alderman Reed moved that Aldermen McFall and Bundy be appointed a committee
with power to act,concerning the purchase of Gasoline Tank and Pump,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Lea and carried.
