The Board of Alderman of the city of Wichita Falls, met in called session
on the above date for the transaction of the business of the city, with
Mayor J.B. Marlow, presiding and with the following officers present:
Alderman, Lea Jr, J.M. McFall, M.A. Bundy and C.E. McCutcheon,
City Atty Mathis, City Clerk Walkup in attendance.

Mayor Marlow stated that this meeting had been called fort he purpose of
discussing a bill now pending in the State Legislature, relative to gas and
pine lines being made common carriers, after considerable discussion the
Board failed to take any action.

Alderman Lea moved that City Clerk have the authority to employ temporary
help. This motion was seconded by Alderman McFall and carried.

The Board of Alderman then adjourned.
