The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls Texas,met in 3FaxxXY
Called session on the above date for the transaction of the business of
the City with Mayor J,B,Marlow,presiding,and with the following Officers
present,Aldermen J,F,Reed,J,M,MOFall, C,E,McCutchen,and M,A,Bundy,
City Clerk Walkup,and acting City Engineer Donald in attendance.

Mayor Marlow stated that this meeting had been called for the purpose of
taking some action relative sewer between Indiana and Scott Avenues,
after considerable discussion by the Board, Alderman Reed moved, that
G,C,Wood and the National Bank of Commerce be permited to lay an eight inch
sewer line in eighth street from manhole between Indiana and Scott Avenues
and manhole between Lamar and Scott Avenues,at their own expense,under the
provision that the said G,C,Wood and The National Bank of Commerce,hold the
City harmless from any and all damages that may be caused by the construction
of said said sewer line, and that the said G,C,Wood and the National Bank
of Commerce be exempt from payment of sewer rent on buildings now being
erected by them at the corners of eighth street and Scott and Indiana
?. for a period of one year.
Avenues and that the City repair the storm sewer between Scott and Lamar
Avenues on eighth street at its own expense,which motion was seconded by
Alderman McCutohen and carried.
