The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Fa1ls,Texas, met in regular
session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the City,
with Mayor J,B,Marlow,presiding,and with the following officers present,
Aldermen J,F,Heed,J,M,Mcfall,M,A,Bundy,H,F,Weldon and ,,,S,Curlee,
City Atty Mathis,City Clerk Walkup,City Marshal Smith,Tax Assessor and
3ollector Anderson,Fire Chief McClure and acting City Enrineer Donald in
attendance,

Minutes of last regular session were read and .approved,

Mayor Marlow announced that he had appointed Doctors Everett Jones, a,B,Lee
and D,Meredith,members Of the city Board of Health.

Alderman Reed moved that Alderman Bundy be authorized to have repaired the
Saddle used by the Pound Officer,which motion was seconded by Alderman
Weldon and carried,

Alderman Bundy moved that the City Bills be paid as per OK of the Finance
Committee,which motion was seconded by Alderman Heed and carried.

Alderman Weldon moved that the Mayor be authorized to employ a secret service
Officer by the month until further action by the Board,which motion was
Seconded by Alderman MoFall and carried.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
