Wichita Falls, Texas, June 12th, 1919.
The Board of Aldermen of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in regular
session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the-City,
with Mayor J. B. Marlow, presiding, and with the following officers present,
Aldermen J. F. Reed, J. M. McFall, M. a. Bundy and W. S. Curlee, City Atty
1. Mathis, City Clerk Walkup, City marshall Smith, Fire Chief McClure and'aeting
Engineer Donald in attendance.

-Mayor Marlow appointed Aldermen Bundy, Curlee and McFall a committee to confer
with Charles F. Noble Gasoline Company, relative a private telephone line.

Alderman Wall moved that the account of H. J. Anderson, Tax Colleotpr
for $20.75 commission on $414.75 sewer oolleotion for May be paid which
motion was seconded by.Alderman Curlee and carried.

The. Board then went into executive session to consider matters authorized
by the 91.ty charter to be considered in exeoutive session,the Board then
went out of executive session and the following business was transacted,

Alderman McFall moved that Robert Goodfellow be appointed assistant police
commissioner at a salary of $200.00 per month commencing July 1st, 1919
which motion was seconded by Aldermmn Curlee and carried.
