The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in regular session
on the above date for the transaction of the business of the city with Alderman
J. F. Reed-, Mayor Proterl ppresiding. City Attormry Mathis in attendance. Their
being no quorum present Mayor Reed declared the meeting adjourned until Four
ddelook P. M. Saturday August Twenty Third.

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in adjourned
regular session with Alderman J. F. Reed, Mayor Protein presiding. City Clerk
Walkup in attendance, Their being no quorum present Mayor Reed declared the
meeting adjourned until Nine 0/Clock A. M. Monday August Twenty Fifth.

The Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita Palls, Texas met in adjourned
regular session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the
City with Mayor J. B. Marlow, presiding, and with'the follw.ing Officers present
Aldermen J. F. Reed, M. A. Bundy and W. S. Curlee. City Atty Mathis,and City
Clerk Walkup in attendance.

Alderman Bundy moved that Alderman Reed be authorised to lay-water line to
Scotland Park and also to build Band Stand in said Park which motion was seconded
by Alderman Coulee and carried.

Alderman Curlee moved that the Edeft Dunning Construction Company be instructed
to extend smoke stack on' engine used for handling material for the building now
being erected at 800 Indiana Avenue, to such a height as to not interfer and
damage books of the First National Bank and merahandies in the nearby buildings
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bundy and carried.

Alderman Bundy moved that E.. A. Martin be permitted to move gasoline filing
station on 604 to 608 Ohio, Avenue, under the usual provision to wit: that the
installation of said gasoline filing station shall be under the supervision of
the City Engineer and that the said E. A. Martin, his administrators, Successors
and Assigns shall hold the City harmless from any damages that may be caused by
the removal,. installation and-'maintenance of said gasoline filing station and to
remove same upon notice of the Board of Aldermen and to replace side walk'in
proper condition which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.

Alderman Reed moved that the matter of purchasing alditional Motoroyoles for
the use of the police department be referred to Alderman Bundy with power to
act which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.
