The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in regular session on the above date for the tranaotion of the business of the City, with Mayor J. B. Marlow preaiding and the following officers present Aldermen J. F. Reed, J. Y. McFall, M. A. Bundy and W. S. Curlee. City Atty Mathis, City Clerk Walkup, City Marshal Smith, Fire Chief McClure and Acting City Engineer Donald in attendance. O 0 0 Minutes of last regular session were read and approved. o 0 0 Alderman McFall moved that L. M. Nance be 1:ermitted to er ct a building tol,.4zseA. as a grocery storeon the South West Corner of Holliday and Gallagher Street 'which motion was seconded by Alderman Reed and carried. O 0 0 Alderman Curlee moved that the Fort Worth & Denver City Railway Company be permitted to c nstruct. a temporary track or siding in the alley East of Ohio Avenue,extending 1 about Two Hundred (200) feet North from Sixth Street which motion was seconded by Alderman Bundy and carried. 000 �^, ORDINANCE NO 266 w AN ORDINANCE DECLARING SCOTTJTD ADDITION- TO `i'i:E CITY OF WICHITA FALT,S, TEXAS, A 'C PART OP THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ADD NITFTU SAID MUNCIPAI CORPORATION. was on motion of Alderman Curlee seconded by Alderman McFall put on its third reading and passed by the following yea and nay vote. Alderman Reed yea, Alderman McFall yea, Alderman M. A. undy yea,.and Alderman W. S huxlge yea, Mayor Marlow then declared Ordinance No. 266 passed on its thirdAreading by the unanimous vote of all the Aldermen of the City present voting yea. 00 0 ORDINANCE NO. 267 AN ORDINANCE FIXING INSPECTION FEES FOR PLUMBING AND GAS INSPECTIONS: FIXING F FOR TAPPING SEWER, AND PROVIDING A PENATRY was on motion of Alderman put on its first reading and passed by the following Yea and Nay vote. Alderman Reed yea, Alderman McFall yea., Alderman Bundy yea, and Alderman Curlee yea. Mayor Marlow then declared Ordinance No. 267 passed on its first reading by the nnantmous vote of all the Aldermen of the City present voting yea. o 0 0 Alderman Reed moved that the Bill of L. E. Whitham & Co., first -�artial estimate on Contract for Street Grading for the sum of $2295.00 be paid which motion was seconded by Alderman McFall and carried. O 0 0 Assistant Police Commissioner Goodfellow reported the appointment of J. M. Mor an George Poro, W. L. Leswener & B. H. Arledge, as members of the Police Departme*t 'hereupon, Alderman Reed moved that the-appointment5be affirmed which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried. O 0 0 Alderman Bundy moved that the Public Swimming Pool in the Huff and McGregor Park be opened at three oeloek P. M. Friday 15th instant with opening addresses by Mayor Marlow and John W.
