Wichita Balls, Texas, November 18th, 1919.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date for the transaction of the business of the City with Mayor '
J. B. Marlow presiding, and the following officers present, Alderman'J. F. Reed,
J. M. McFall and W. S. Curiee, and City Clerk Thorburn in attendance.

The Board then went into Executive session to consider matters authorized by
the City charter to be considered in executive session, the Borad'then went
out of Executive session and the following busines .as transacted.

-]"�p}�Alderman McFall moved that the Council approve the recommendation of the
^v Charter Committee to employ Dr. A. R. HahTon to draft new charter which motion
was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.

Alderman Curlee moved that R. E. Huff be permitted to install a Gasoline Filing
Station at 617-619- Scott Avenue under the usual provision to wit: That the
installation of said Gasoline Filing Station shall be under the supervision of
the City Engineer and that R. E. Huff, his Administrators, Successors and
Assigns shall hold the City harmless from any damages that may be caused by
the installation or maintenance of said Gasoline Filing Station and to remove
same upon notice of the Board of Aldermen and to replace sidewalk in proper
condition which motion was seconded by Alderman Reed and carried.

Alderman Curlee moved that the Fort Worth and Denver City Railway Company
be asked to repair,place in sanitary condition and light the Subway on Fourth
Street which motion was seconded by Alderman McFall and carried.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
