The Board of Aldermen of the Cit, of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in regular session
on the ab ve fi;.te for the transaction of the business of the citywith Mayor
J. Marlow presidingand the follows officers r y
following present, A1$+r:-en Reed,

.Alderman Reed moved that t1,e Mayor appoint a oonthittee consisting of Alderman
eldon, Curlee,Mc Fall and Fire Chief Me Clure to select Two or Three sites
whic: to build new fire stations and that the; have full power to buy same
which motioh was seconded by Alderman 7jeldon and carried.

Alderman Weldon moved that F. S. MC Mullen be permitted to open a Drug Store
on Lot G Block 12 provided he has procured the necessary signatures and complied
with the law in all respects which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and
carried.

Alderman Me Fall moved that the Cochran Motor Company be permitted to install
a Gasoline Filling Station at 608-610-Indiana under the usual provisions to wit; ,
that the said Cochran Motor Company its legal representaliives, Administrators,
Successors and Assigns shall hold the Cit harmless from any damages that may
be caused by the installation or maintenance of said Gasoline Filling Station
and to remove same upon notice of the.Board of Aldermen and to replace sidewalk
in proper condition which motio_ was seconded by Alderman Curiae and car-ied.

Alde .1a McFall moved that Curlee report on Gas Meeting at Dallas be approved
and that his expenses on trim be paid by the Cit;, which motion was seconded
by Alderman Weldon and carried.

ORDINALOE PROHIBITING THE "muff" AND OTHER VULGAR DANCING IN THE CITY OF
II .HIT.. FA S, TEXAS, AND FIXING A PEIrAIdY, was on motion of Aldermen Weldon
seconded by Alderman McFall nut on its first reading and passed by the following
ye. and nay vote. Alderman Weldon yea, Alderman Waal]. yea, Alderman Reed yea,
and Alderman Curlee yea. Mayor Marlow then de0larea ORDINANCE all passed on
its it reading, by all the Aldermen of the City present voting yea.
