April 22nd, 1920.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, met in regular session en the above date for the
transaction of the business of the City with Mayor Cline
Presiding and the following officers present: Alderman
Curlee, Bonner, and McFall and the City Clerk Geo. W.
Thorburn.
Hubert Harrison came before the council to request that
the City pave half of Street in front 9th. Street Park so
as to connect 9th and 10th Street with paving and, Alderman
Curlee moved that said paving be done provided all property
owners on other side of Street sign up to pave, and that
paving be done according to the specifications of City
Engineer and that a maintenance Bond for 5 years be given by
the Contractor, which motion was seconded by Alderman &IcFall
and carried.
Moved by Alderman McFall that the City Attorney, and
Alderman Bonner arrange to present the New Charter to the
next Legislature for ratification which motion was seconded
by Alderman Curlee and carried.
Moved by Alderman McFall that the City accent the
proposition of the Russell Grader Company to ship an Elevator
Grader and Dump Wagon for demonstration purposes provided
the City is under no obligation to accent same unless
satisfactory which motion was seconded by Alderman and
carried.
ORDINANCE 281.
An ordinance requiring certain premises to be
connected with the Sanitary. Sewer, stating requirements
for the use of dry toilets and prescribing a penalty was I
on motion of Alderman McFall seconded by Alderman Curlee,
Placed on it's third reading by the following Yea and Nay
vote.

Alderman Bonner Yea
Alderman McFall Yea.
Mayor Cline then declared Ordinance 281 passed on it's
third reading by all Of the Aldermen voting Yea.
ORDINANCE 282.
An Ordinance fixing the salaries of the Mayor and.
Aldermen was on motion of Alderman Bonner Seconded by
Alderman Curies put on it's second reading by the following
Yea and Nay vote.
Alderman Bonner Yea.
Alderman Curlee Yea.
Alderman McFall Yea.
Mayor Cline then declared Ordinance 282 Passed on it's
second reading by all the Aldermen Drese t voting Yea.
