The Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Pails., Texas, met in regular session on the above
date for the transaction of the business of the City, with
Mayor S7:D -7Cline presiding, and Aldermen Curlee, Bonner,
McDowell, and Bralley, and City Clerk Thorburn in attendance.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that the License
Pee of 150.00 paid by 3x40Z,4444.4..a-s-.---• be refunded, which
motion was seconded by Alderman McDowell and carried.
Moved by Alderman Bonner that a Sewer be
installed in the South alley of Block #42, which motion was
seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.

Clerk for their proportion of the said paving, each check to
be cashed when paving is commended in fromt of property rep-
resented by such check, which motion was seconded by Alderman
Bonner and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curlee that the bid of
Plains Paving Company for the paving on Monroe Street be accept-
ed, and that City Engineer figure out proportion of cost to
each property holder, which motion was seconded by Alderman
Bonner and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curlee that Alderman
Bralley be authorized to purchase necessary fans, and other
office fixtures for the Police Depa rtment, which motion was
seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried.

ORDINANCE # 284
"An ordinance requiring a Permit from
. the City alfigifitiefore anyone shall move a house, building,
or a structure of any kind on the streets or alleys of the
City of ..ichita Falls. Texas, st ting the conditions on which

Mayor Cline 'Len declared Ordinance =284 -.ssed on its

Alderman Bralley that Ordinance #284 be passed "as read", which
motion was unanimously carried.
ORDINANCE # 285
"An ordinance requiring a Permit from the City
before anyone shall make an excavation in any street or lley,
stating the conditions on whi, h said permi A oviding a
penalty" was on motioa of Alderman Curl , con ed by Alderman
Bralley, put on its third reading by the following yea and nay
vote:

McDowell- yea
Mayor Cline then declared Ordinance #285 passed on its
third and final reading by all of the Aldermen present voting
Yea.
It was then moved by Alderman Curlee, seconded by Alderman
Bralley that Ordinance #285 be passed "as read", which motion
was carried unanimously.
ORDINANCE # 287
"An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance #123, passed by the
City Council of the City of wich ita Falls, Texas on January
14th, 1910, and approved June 17th, 1910, revoking all licenses
granted under said Ordinance, amd providing for refunding any
unearned portion of same, was on motion of Alderman Curlee, se-
conded by Alderman Bralley, put on its first reading by the
following yea and nay vote:

Mayor Cline then declared Ordinance #287 passed on its
first reading by all of the Aldermen voting Yea.
ORDINANCE Ili 288
"An Ordinance making it unlawful for any person to tamper
with, use, disturb, or draw, or take water from any Public Fire
Hydrant in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, the Fire Department
excepted, providing for a Penalty; was on motion of Alderman
Curlee, seconded by Alderman Bralley, put on its first reading
by the following yea and nay vote:

Bralley - yea

Mayor Gline then declared Ordinance #288 passed on its
first reading by all the Aldermen voting Yea.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
