Min 06/24/1920 June 24, 1920. The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in regular session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the City, with Mayor Pro-tem W.S. Curlee presiding, and the following Alderman present: Alderman Bonner, Alderman Bralley, and Alderman McDowell, also City Clerk Tharburn. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Mr. Kessler appeared before the Council for a consultation regarding t he't*ity Plan " and discussed same at some length. Moved by Alderman Bonner that the Mayor sign contract for paving the street in front of Park owned by tthe City on Buchanan Street. Cost to be , which motion was seconded by Alder- man McDowell and cart e Moved by Aldermen Bonner that the L.I. Lucy claim for damages against the City be Bettled in full for a sum of $73.00, which motion was seconded by Alderman McDowell and carried. Moved by Alderman McDowell that the bills presented by E.M. Mann, City Attorney,to-wit: W.B. Fitzhugh, Stenographic work $35.00 T.W. McHan Notary Fee .50 be paid, which motion was seconds d by Alderman Bonner and carried. ORDINANCE # 292. AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON, OR PERSONS, TO PARK ANY MOTOR VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR BETWEEN THE HO-JRS OF 8 A.M. AND 6 P.M. ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED STREETS IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE F.W.&.D.C. R.R. CO., WHERE SAME INTERSECTS WITH SEVENTH AND EIGHTH STREETS, THENCE ALONG SAID STREETS TO WHERE SAID STREETS INTERSECT WITH ALLEY EAST OF LAMAR, AND ON NINTH STREET WHERE SAME INTERSECT S WITH OHIO AVENUE, THENCE DOWN SAID NINTH STREET WHERE SAMF INTERSECTS WITH ALLEY EAST OF LAMAR STREET, AND PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY was on motion of Alderman McDowell, seconded by Alderman Bralley, placed on its second reading by the following yea and nay vote: Alderman ponner yea IT Bralley yea " McDowell yea Mayor Wro-tem W.S.
