met in regular adjourned session at 10:39 A. M. on the above date with the
following present:-

Geo. W. Thorburn; City Clerk,

Moved by alderman Clifford that Burton Stayton be authorized
to close the deal as set forth to the Board of Aldermen at this meeting for
the electrical fixtures for the General Hospital.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

ORDINANCE 417
"AN ORDINANCE LEVYINC. ASSESSING AND FIXING THE RATE OF TAX-
ATION IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEY4S, FOR TEE YEAR A. D. 1922, AND ALSO
LEVYING AN OCCUPATION TAX ON ALL OCCUPATIONS TAXABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CHARTER AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY".
Was on motion of Aldermen Shepherd seconded by Alderman Cliffe
ord placed on its second reading and passed by the following vote:-
Yeas: Shepherd, Stayton, Reed, Fitts, Clifford.
Nayes: None.
