OF PERMITS FOR THE ERECTION OF CERTAIN BUSINESS BUILDINGS OR THE CONDUCT OF
CERTAIN BUSINESSES WITHIN THE RESIDENCE DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS DEFINING A RESIDENCE, DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR A BOARD OF APPEALS OR
REVIEW PRESCRIBING A PENALTY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".
Moved by Alderman Fitts that Ordinance 419, be placed
on its third and final reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried by the
following vote:-

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that W. E. McBroom execute
a 0,000.00 bond for the faithful performance of the duties of City Clerk
during the absence of Geo. W. Thorburn, and that the City pay the premium
for a surety bond in the above amount.
