met in called session on the above date with the following present:-

After carefully examining an application for the erection
of a Brick Building to be used as Plumbing Shop located on Lot E, of the
Sheyers sub-division of Block 12 Bellevue addition filed by J. H. Castle-
dine, the following motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman Fitts that a permit be granted in accor-
dance with Ordinance Bo. 419 with the usual provisions:
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stayton/theapplication for the opera-
tion of a Cafeteria to the Cunningham Building located at 1919 Tenth stree.L
be accepted and the City Clerk be instructed to notify all property owners
interested that a public hearing on this application be held on October
9, 1922.

A report on the Bull Dog Automobile Insurance Association
was considered and the City Clerk was instructed to not accept their poli-
cies for Automobile liability coverage of service car drivers in the City
limits as provided for in Ordinance No. 331.
