The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Palle, Texas
met in regular 1111111MO session on the above date with the following pre-

Moved by Aldermen Stayton that the application for per-
mission to erect a drive in filling station on the corner of Virginia and
Fort Worth Streets presented by R. E. Schoolfield be received and a public
hearing ordered on November 13, 1922.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that the Ball Dog Automobile
Fire Insurance Association dlicy covering service car drivers be accepted
and the City clerk be authorized to issue licenses in accordance with Ord-
inance No.331 when policies written by this Company are presented with
properly signed application.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the Chas F. Noble Gasoline
Company be granted a pipe line right of way across the city dump grounds,
provided contract is approved by the City Attorney.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the Plater Department be
authorized to extend the water mains from the M. K. & T. Tracks to the Bowie
School at an approximate cost of ;32800.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Reed and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned. 0
