met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the trade of the old dodge
patrol car for a ford truck and 100.00 in cash and notes made by Commission-
er Fitts, be ratified, and approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Clifford that sale of old dodge car used
by the plumbing inspector by Commissioner Fitts for 175.00 be ratified and
approved.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that Commissioner Reed be authorized
to build a fence on the bank of the river around the riverside cemetery at a
cost of approximately 065.00. •
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the City Clerk be authorized
to draw a warrant for v19.50 payable to the Water Department to cover two-
fifths of the water used at the General Hospital during October 1922.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the City Clerk be directed
to notify Mytinger and .talker that the .City will maintain and water the
trees on Pearl Street for one year if said Mytinger and Walker will replace
all dead trees and lower trees now on this street between Brook and Harrison
Streets.

and directed to return the bond forfeited in Corporation Court Case No.38519.

to divert the Sewer lines at the Junior College site to accommodate the
school building provided same is done at their own expense and under the sup-
ervibion of the City Engineer.
