Moved by alderman Stayton that Bently Bacon be allowed to construct
a drive over the sidewalk in front of 815 Ohio, provided said construction is
done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
Motion seconded by Alderman 6Ikfterdand carried.

FOB tuat", AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOB THE VIOLATION TER OF, AND DBCLAmING AN
EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that Ordinance 425 be passed on its
first reading which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried by the
following vote:-
Yeas:- Shepherd, Stayton, Clifford, Reed.
Naves:- Bone.

Moved by alderman Shepherd that W. B. Chauncy be appointed recorder
of the Corporation Court and Banard Martin be appointed special Prosecutor of
the Corporation Court for the month of January 1923.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that Commissioner Heed be authorized
to make a gas connection and buy a stove for the Riverside Cemetery Chapel at
an approximate cost of $25.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.
