The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, met in
regular adjourned session on the above date with the following present:-

Bide for the audit of the City books were opened and con-
sidered.
Moved by Alderman Young that the contract for the audit of
the City books be awarded to T. E. Allday and Co., for a consideration of
18.00 per day with a maximum cost of $1400.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Stayton thatAInventory of physical property
submitted by the City Clerk be approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

Moved by Alderman Young that contract for the construction
of three cells in the City Hall be awarded to C. C. Billiard. The cost not to
exceed $1435.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the City Treasurer be author-
ized to take up and retire out of the Vaterworks No. 1 Bond sinking fund bond
No. goo dated February 10, 1920 in the amount of $1,000.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

orized to construct the following water main extensions.
