The Board of Aldermen of the City of .%-lichita Falls , Texas,
met in regular adjourned session on the above date at'2 P. M. with the foll-
owing present:
Frank Collier, Mayor
R. E. Shepherd

Moved by Alderman Stayton that the proposition presented by
E. J. Bartel wherein said E, J. Bartel would construct a sewer line from ge4.e24.,,,

imburse him for the actual cost ,Ff7said line when the annual revenue accruing
therefrom shall equal 8% of said cost;be acceptedNthe City Attorney be instr-
ucted to draft for the Mayor's signature a contract to this effect.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Patton that J. R. Welch be permitted to in-
stall a filling station on Lots 27 and 28, Bloch 104, Original Townsite at 104
Indiana under the usual provisions to-wit:
That the said 4. R. .:elch, his successors, administrators,
assigns and legal representatives shall hold the City of Wichita Falls, harm-
less from any damages that may arise from the operation of said filling station
and that the said filling station shall be installed under the supervision of
the City Engineer, and that they shall cease to operate said filling station
when so ordered by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that the Mayor appoint a Committee
to review the Ordinance records and report on all ordinances reported by the
City Clerk to be invalidated by the loss of original copies.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
