IM-REAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has heretofore
entered into contract with Pla.Ons Paving Com]�Any for the paving and
otherwise improving Taylor Street in said City from its intersection
with the south property line of Tenth Street to 'Its intersection with

Company was entitled to omit said paving and other 'improvements in front

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHTTA- FALLS, TE_)CAS, THAT
Said Plains Paving Company be, and they are hereby authorixed
and directed to omit all 'improvements 'in the entire, block on Taylor Street
between the north curb line of Avenue "GIT and the north curb line of
Avenue "H%
That said contract shall have been completed upon the,
