Mr. Potts discussed the change from a separate Building Board and Mechanical - Plumbing Board, to one Construction Board. Mr. Potts also recommended changing the makeup of the Construction Board to 9 members and two alternates instead of 7 members with 2 alternates. Mr. Oatrnan commented that the Construction Board was a good idea, but that he thought the board would be better suited if it were made up of a 9 member board with alternates instead of the noted 7 member board. Ms. Lanman agreed with the concept of a single board as long as the representation was adequate, and she felt the 9 member board would do that.
