Res 137-2022 Drainage Maintenance Repairs 2022 10/18/2022 Resolution No. 137-2022 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Repairs to Chad and Brandi Inc. DBA Wilson Contracting in the amount of$545,156.16 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Repairs; and, WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Chad and Brandi Inc. DBA Wilson Contracting who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of$545,156.16. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The unit price bid for the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Repairs is awarded to Chad and Brandi Inc. DBA Wilson Contracting in an estimated total amount of $545,156.16, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
