Res 103-2022 Server Replacement from CDW Government LLC 09/06/2022 Resolution No. 103-2022
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase an HPE Nimble DHCI solution to replace
several aging servers and storage for our Public Safety Network from
CDW Government LLC in the amount of $161,249.55
WHEREAS, the City's 2021-22 budget includes funds to replace and upgrade
aging and unsupported network and server equipment every fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, this HPE Nimble DHCI unit carries a 5-year warranty agreement and
will be deployed on our Public Safety Network.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase an HPE Nimble DHCI solution to replace several aging servers
and storage for our Public Safety Network from CDW Government LLC in
the amount of$161,249.55.
